Minton Family Dental Care

"Had a tooth checked here several months ago, as i was leaving i ask if i owed anything or if my insurance and i would be billed, was told to wait and see what the insurance paid. Today i recieved a letter from a collection agency, no phone call, no letter or bill from the office. Was literally turned over to a collection agency over $54.40. When i called the office to ask why, they said all my contact info had been removed, when ask why, no one knew. They claim to have sent 3 bills on 3 different occasions, if so then obviously they have my contact info (hasnt changed in about 10yrs)(personal cell, and work number was provided) This could have been handled with a phone call or a letter. Was never any need for a collection agency to be involved."
