"Doctor tolliver was my first dentist and even now if I have an emergency, say a tooth needs extracted they will work me in as soon as possible, aspen dental will schedule you three weeks out not caring your mouth is in serious pain, not sure how much longer he's gonna be practicing but I highly recommend doctor tolliver. UPDATE so myself and my parents and my sister has always went tolliver our whole childhood, he.even removed two of.my wisdom teeth. he's always been there to feeling forced if I ever had a tooth that really needed pulled same.for my dad, and when I called last month (maybe 2-3 weeks ago) he told me he was booked until April which honestly since my entire family used him and him only as much pain as I was in he coulda worked me on for 14-20 minutes and made an easy $130 cause I don't have insurance. Well I was telling my sister about this exact situation yesterday and she said she hadn't called and made an appointment with him not even a week ago and got in within a week so for whatever reason they flat out loud to me and let's just say I'm disappointed and I won't go back and where he's gotten so old I honestly suggest everybody just find somebody else"

"I went to aspen dental a few times, but wanted something different. I tried this guy and was nervous, because it was in a house. I thought about canceling it a few times, and then thought about turning around when I got closer to it, but I kept at it. Google maps had the pin in the wrong spot. The actual look of the house is warm and welcoming. Even professional in some places. I went to the door, but a mandatory mask sign was on, so went back to the car to get mask. Then I waited for about 30 minutes in the lobby for the guy in front of me to get finished, then it was my turn. (The lady behind the desk told someone on the phone that they missed an appointment without giving 24 hours worth of notice, and so they're not allowed to reschedule an appointment. I didn't hear a bye, so they hung up.) I went to the dentist chair and looked around. It was authentic dentistry. Some of the equipment looked decades old, but looked extremely sturdy and well built. It's a tight space back there, but there's enough room for the dentists to do a good job. He topically numbed me with a stick (something aspen dental forgot to do on one of the numbings), then numbed me with the needle. He's so professional, and takes great care to make sure everything goes perfectly. I had to pay a 50 dollar copay, and it's a little weird cuz I've never had to pay copays before with my insurance, so it's probably just their policy, but still pretty worth it."

"I am terrified of the dentist. I had a terrible experience when I was young and its affected me the rest of my life. Dr. Tolliver made me feel so at ease. He stayed by my side the entire time. I honestly never even felt the needle at all. This was by far the best experience."

"At first I was skeptical because it's connected to a house but after I gave it a shot it was worth it GREAT dentist really showed interest in saving my teeth we have a lot of work to do still but so far he has been great. And plus knowing that in middlesboro KY he's the only dentist that will take medicaid for adults unlike other places won't unless you are a kid. I highly recommend this office."
