Mountain State Oral and Facial Surgery

"My daughter had an appointment at 2pm. They called and asked if she be there by 10am. They stated they had cancellations and could see her earlier. We showed up 15 minutes early and filled the paperwork. The waiting room and parking lot were packed. After filling out the paperwork, they called her for an X-ray. We waited almost 2 hours. I had to leave for work and unfortunately my daughter wasn’t seen. I wonder if they called in everyone that had an appointment and told them to be there at10am?"

"I went in 3 years ago to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed. I paid for it and it was even charted they were removed. 3 years later I found out they lied and did not take a tooth out. It became infected and I had to be put on antibotics. It took them a month to get me in to fix their mistake. I would be very careful going to the location in Princeton,WV. If it wasnt for my family dentist being as good as he is it could have been much more serious."

The day after scheduling someone called to inform me of all policies and procedures and what I could expect financially. Check in was smooth and easy. Everyone is super friendly from the office staff to the surgeon. I was prepped by Savannah and Michael who were incredible and Dr. Schubert went above and beyond to explain everything beforehand and got me taken care of quickly and efficiently."
