"We're from out of town and the transmission went out of our vehicle on a mountain road late at night. We called Yates and got fantastic service. They got to our vehicle quickly and had it loaded on the truck real fast. He took us and our vehicle to where we were staying and helped make a plan for getting the vehicle to a repair shop the next day. Very fast courteous service with a fair price."

"Highly recommend!! Very professional and friendly service. Dakota came to my rescue when I was visiting my rural hometown where access to a tow truck was nonexistent. He drove over an hour to where I was stranded, arriving with a smile on his face ready to do whatever was needed to help. I felt safe and trusted him immediately. He then hauled my vehicle another 30 min to the nearest dealership. None of us want to be in a position where we need to be towed, but if you find yourself in that situation you should definitely call Yates Recovery & Transport. You won’t regret it!!"
"We called these guys today when one of our large 26ft trucks got stuck in the mud, snow and muck. The were super friendly, arrived quickly, gave us a fair price and saved us a ton of money by getting our guys unstuck quickly. Operating large box trucks all over the country we have encountered many towing companies and these guys were by far the best we have encountered. If we ever have issues in their area again I wouldn't hesitate to call them or recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys so much for your outstanding customer service!!!"
