"I didn’t like how I was talked to when I came back to let them know there was an issue with their repair work. Then lady comes out and looks at the rear of my car but she wasn’t an adjuster she didn’t identify herself. I asked for district manager and the manager stalled then said he was on his was. I asked for his number and he said he made an excuse but wouldn’t give it to me. It looks like they just buffed my rear bumper took the money from GEICO and that is it. But I have life time guarantee where is it at and why was it not mentioned. I am schooled because they did my other vehicle and it was great. I am going to get lawyer and fight back. I will also make a sign and park on public roadway and warn other drivers to avoid them"
