"Valley View really needs to go back to being a regular stop and not a call stop because even when I call 2+ hours ahead for the bus to come like they said to (which is often inconvenient,) there’s a 50/50 chance that they will actually show up. Me and my family have missed multiple important medical appointments due to this. The drivers are very friendly and will help get you where you need to go but the service just isn’t very reliable."

"I ride the bus a lot and I depend on it to get to and from work throughout the week. But sometimes the bus drivers don't see or hear you like when I'm at the bus stop sometimes the bus driver just drives right past me which annoys me and then sometimes they won't hear me when I say where I want off even though I speak loud enough. It's a good service I just wish that some of the drivers were more alert and could hear better."
