"If I could leave less than a star I would. I was running a little behind on my appointment because I work for ems and was on an emergent call right before my shift ended. I explained to them i was rushing to get there. I drove a hour to be there. The lady that answered the phone was so rude and laughed at me when I asked to speak to someone else. She kept talking over me and was overall unprofessional and made me feel unimportant. I highly recommend someone else, I should’ve not even tried in the first place because I’ve heard bad things from other people."

"Made an appointment that took 3 weeks to get into. She only took X-ray of front teeth and rescheduled out another month only to call and reschedule another month out today. Very rude and unprofessional to do that. I’ll be calling to see what she charged insurance for 3 front teeth X-rayed. Very disappointed. Don’t take new patients if your just gonna give them the run around. Id give a negative 1 if I could."

"I called to become a new patient the front desk woman was rude it started with they couldn’t take me because they was afraid my old dentist done billed for my tooth cleaning and pulling. I explained it had not been then she said “ it wouldn’t make a difference it’s a personal decision and Rebecca said no” what kind of dentist does that to someone. I now wouldn’t let my dog go there hateful and judge mental from the first ever phone call."
