"Long wait time after you’re appointment time, rude clerk staff up front. Hangs up on people when you call, no one explains anything to you that they are doing. Just awful. I have never been to such a poorly ran denist."

"Left a patient without care that had a little trouble while getting teeth pulled. They attempted to pull the teeth, failed and left the patient in pain and would NOT continue the procedure on a simple TOOTH extraction. Are you serious? Now my fiance is left here crying and can't even sit without feeling bad. Go here if you want that type of treatment"

"Yeah... My appointment was at 9am ended up waiting and hour and a half before being seen. Like I could understand 20-30 minutes, but an hour and a half? Then once I was in the chair it was super fast and not in a good way. I didn’t even have a chance to really ask the questions I wanted because the place was chaotic around me. It seemed like the right hand did t know what the left was doing. And to top it off they never called my medication in even after 3 business days. After I call about my antibiotic which I do actually need to start. They tell me the Doctors out of town and won’t be back for another 3 days. So it would end up being a full week before I’d actually be able to start my antibiotic... They then tell me to just have my family doctor write it. Which isn’t a big deal in itself but seems remarkably unprofessional of a business to me at least. If your looking to go here, sure they can probably get you in without much of a wait, but if you can wait schedule somewhere else 100%."

"My husband had an appointment at 2:00, we arrived at 1:15 so we would have time to fill out his new patient paper work. We waited until 3:45 and he still did not receive any kind of service. Walk ins were taken before my husband. They sent him back to our car to wait while the walk ins waited in the waiting room, and then later we were told that they had forgotten about him. I'm extremely disappointed in the service or lack there of, from this establishment. Maybe we caught them on a bad day, but we will not be back."

"I walked in to make an appointment as a new patient, greeted with friendly people. I had chipped a tooth, they readily said, let’s fix it today. Very impressed with everyone. The lady who gave me my shot for numbing, I never felt the needle. If you need a dentist and have the fear of not going, they are good at what they do. I highly recommend giving them a try. Thanks for an awesome visit"
