"Everything everyone has wrote negative in their review is true on my behalf. I went in for implants, had the X-rays and the work up. McKinney came in and said he looked at the X-rays and everything was a go. I had good bone an everything looked really good he was sure he could do most of the implants the day of teeth extraction. He did tell me he might have to wait after extracting the back molars (to heal) before finishing the implants. Then priced everything Next was to come in and pay and get the app for the big day.lol so I went and payed 1/2 down as they require and the day of app I would pay the rest. Got the big app. And waited 4-6wks for it to roll around and I got a phone call to call them so I called and the dental helper told me sorry but McKinney could not do the implants that day he would just pull the teeth so I wanted to know why after talking to them like I was pulling their teeth the short version was due to infection and not enough bone he probably won’t even be able to do the implants but he still wanted me in to pull my teeth but the pulling would come out of the money because he doesn’t accept my insurance. Well hello! I must have had sucker stamped on my forehead. Like Come on in don’t take your insurance but well do everything that day The day comes for the implants, oh yell the only thing we can do for you is the one thing I could go to a dental surgeon and insurance pay it and most of all I would get to sleep through it. oh I do have to say they did give my money back. That was the one star worth. I was very hurt by all of this but I’m glad it worked out this way for me. This all happened about a week before all his troubles began. Went in due to fiance having an infection in back tooth, x-rays were taken and she was sent home being told to take meds and that they would pull it a month from that day (even though she was in so much pain she was crying and waking up from sleep) well the day came and they called and said they had to cancel and reschedule due to Mckinney not being in that day. And now they have rescheduled her for ANOTHER month out.. like this iridiculous. But yet when we went in the first time the girl behind the counter wouldnt stop talking to her best friend who was schedulingan appointment.. the best friend got in before my fiance and was taken care of in full and she was having a root canal... (I know cuz I seen her again after.. she came in an hour after me and my fiance as well...)"

"They’ve always been nice to me and willing to do more tests for any pain I have. Gentle cleanings. They can get patients mixed up though. They gave me extra shots one time because they thought I was a different patient who needed them. Overall, they are nice."

"Terrible place to go. I made an appointment for my husband a week ago and they asked if he had the same insurance they had on file from when he was there a few years ago, which he does, and they told us to bring it and nothing else. We get over there and they ask for his photo ID, which he didn't have because they didn't tell us to bring one, so they wouldn't see him and their excuse was that they don't keep files on record after so long, but still yet they knew what insurance he had when they pulled his name up. So much for not having his file, what a joke of a dentist, would not recommend to anyone."

"Dr. Mckinney is the best dentist I have ever been to. He was so caring & his staff are wonderful. I had a lot of dental work done & I love everything he did. My implants are perfect & I love his staff. All the girls are nice & make you feel like family. I love everyone at his office. I plan on keeping him as my dentist forever!!!!"
