"I went for a cleaning and all they did was polish my teeth. I’ve had my teeth cleaned every 6 months for years and never had someone just polish my teeth. The dentist even told me if I wanted to remove the built up plaque behind my permanent retainer, I can do it at home instead of him doing it. The cleaning itself took maybe 10 minutes. Definitely NOT worth the money. The dentist also told me he could refer me to his father to close a small gap in my teeth. They said they would call me back with an appointment. I’ve called twice asking for the referral and both times been told I would get a call. Nobody ever called me. Don’t waste your time/money. They were friendly but that is about the only positive."
