"So long story short the sales man lied to me about the phone trade in promotion for the pixel 7 they had going on and I got stuck with a 600 dollar bill for the phone that they refuse to take back after I realized what they swindled me into. I've spent a lot of time on the phone trying to resolve the issue to no end, they may have got my 600 dollars from me but they lost a customer. I will never do business with Verizon again. For a company that charges 90 a month for 1 phone line they sure are greedy"

"Would recommend going to a corporate store and not this one. They promise that all is good and then when you bill is outrageous and not what they said it would be they can’t do anything about it. I made 5 trips to the store trying to get things fixed. They held my trade in phones for over a month and then I ended up having to ship them back myself just to get things rolling. Could not get my bill corrected. And one person said they couldn’t help me because it was another person who sold me the phones. Not a good experience. Which is why I stopped going to this store years ago. Some things never change."
