"Update: 01-23-2023 Upon entering very nice employees. Really good & cheap prices. The items that you purchase all go towards the food bank inside the Manna House. Also, any donations are appreciated. Thanks!"
"Nice, helpful people. An organization that gives back to the community. I would strongly recommend donating there. I don't think the other big thrift store (Goodwill) helps out the community, I've been heard of them doing anything from talking to others. So give back to your community with Manna house."
"I love to shop there. The people are always nice & I can always find a few good bargains. Plus, I know the proceeds go to the food pantry & benefit the community."
"Manna House is a good place to find a bargain whither it be electronics, housewares, furniture, books, records or clothing much more to choose from. They are a great place to Donate used goods to as well, they don't pick thru the items for themselves it all goes out for sale. So help those that need it Donate or shop at the Manna House."
"In the future I will take my donations to Goodwill! Manna House seems like a good cause and I have been donating there for a white. I also shop there occasionally because I feel the money or donations stay in the community and genuinely help people. Today I had an exceptional amount of donations and dropped a box of shoes, a bag and kids flotation suit in the receptacle and as I returned to my car for the first bag of clothes, a woman came running out and very abruptly informed me I shouldn't put these "loose" items in the receptacle, but to hand them to her in the door she had just opened. I handed her the bag, but thought about her rudeness. I realized that if they were in need of donations, they would appreciate them and not behave negatively to donors. I closed my car door and took everything else to Goodwill, where I was greeted, asked if I needed help unloading, offered a receipt and THANKED for the donations. What a difference! I felt appreciated instead of chastised for my efforts."
