"Communication was consistent but dishonest. After I received my car back (1.5 months later on a job that would take no more than 2 weeks), my car was still broken. My headlamp was cracked, my hood was still broken when it could have been replaced but was chosen not to be, and my bumper was installed incorrectly and did not stay on. Because of the improper installation, the bumper was actually glued in place instead of fixed properly. Screws were left missing and the whole job showed little care. I was told one of the reasons for the repair’s delay is that an aftermarket bumper was ordered and they needed to reorder the proper bumper from the factory. Come to find out, they still installed an aftermarket bumper and claim to have installed a used headlight (which was also improperly ordered causing further delay). All in all, I have no reason to come back to the shop considering the work that was done simply led to me taking the car to another shop to fix the mistakes the business made, meaning both my time and money was wastes because of laziness and penny pinching instead if prioritizing my cars repair, which one would think is the most important factor considering the whole business is fixing cars."

They got the job done perfectly the first time and in a reasonable amount of time (even though they had to fight with insurance).
