"Very unprofessional, my appointment was supposed to be at 2pm was told to be their 15 minutes early to do paperwork and guess what? I didn't get the paperwork to fill out until after 2pm, the staff are all over the place, very UNORGANIZED DENISTRY. The wait time in this place is UNBELIEVABLE, I was their over 3 hrs. RIDICULOUS, all just for an x-ray and consultation. You've been WARNED. Aspen dental STOLE MY 130.00 for Consultation told me I was gone be SCHEDULED for January and it never happened, They literally STOLE my MONEY, went in to see the finance lady Amber she agreed she didn't know what happened. It was an error on their part. But she REFUSED to REFUND me. They had me waiting all month to get tooth extraction under sedation and never called me. And Amber said I wasn't even on the January schedule how is this place still even in Business? I'm Seeking LEGAL COUNCIL to get my 130.00 back. How dare Aspen dental steel my hard earned money and not do the Procedure, This is ILLEGAL."

"Aspen got my insurance money and when that was gone they were done with me. The one and only Dentist they have there pulled six of my teeth in one day and after that I never heard from them again. Not a call or a text to ask how I was doing or was there anything else I needed. Receptionists are very rude. I'm not going back."

"DO NOT GIVE THEM YOURE MONEY. I came here to get a routine teeth cleaning. I was a new patient so they did their whole workup which was expected. I saw the dentist and he looked at my x-rays and teeth and said they were fine, I just needed a good cleaning. He was actually very professional and I didn't have a problem with his service. When the hygienist came in, she all of a sudden started talking about bone loss and a severe gum issue, and that I would need a procedure that cost $1800. She kept telling me that I could cause serious damage if I didn't go through with the procedure. Being skeptical, I asked to see the dentist to get his opinion. Without hesitation, the hygienist said he had left for the day. Seeing that it was only 2pm on a Wednesday, I had my doubts. I paid an initial payment of 485 just to be safe so I could schedule my appointments. I got two separate independent opinions from two OTHER non associated dentists. BOTH said she was full of crap and ASPEN dental just tried to scam me. My gums were fine with no issues to report. Come to find out, the dentist I saw quit the very next day due to the companies scam culture. Yes I spoke with him personally after the fact. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HARD EARNED CASH. IT IS A SCAM."

"I have really liked all of the staff members that have worked with me. I do not like the phone system. There have been times that I have had to call more than 5 times in a day before I was able to speak with a member of the office staff. However, I was very happy with my dentist. He was very professional, explained everything, and helped calm my nerves. He answered any questions I had and I did not feel rushed or ignored when I had questions. I have had a few times that my appointment time has been changed or cancelled which was frustrating. I would recommend Aspen Dental overall, but I do think some of the systems in place could use improvement."
