"I am so thankful I called this office. I was wanting an appointment with Dr. Lee Saunders but instead they asked if I would want to see his daughter who was new to the practice. I was open to anything considering Dr. John Howard had left me with a mess to deal with. He said my only option was to get dentures which I refused to believe and thank god I went somewhere else. Dr. Laura Saunders is a blessing. She did the impossible. Where I thought I had no hope, she restored it. She literally REBUILT my smile. My teeth she has worked on so far, look like they did before I had any issues and this all came from medication. She is so sweet and cares about you so much I fell in love with her. We have had 3 sessions together and she has taken me from being insecure to feeling confident again. Dont tell too many people though because she is new and right now you can get in to see her pretty quick, if Lynchburg finds out about her you will never get in!!!!! Shes amazing, smart, and up to date on all the new procedures and shes good.....I mean, I used to use anxiety medication to go to the dentist but with that guy my fillings fell out the next day. She numbs me and it doesn't hurt. Shes the best I have seen in town and I will continue to go to her as long as she will put up with me! Thank you for saving my smile Dr. Laura and I will never forget it! Its nice having a real dentist that doesn't herd you in and out like cattle.......Go to her...............you wont regret it! She will do the best work you can get anywhere here in town!"

"The worst experience I've ever have and probably the biggest mistake I have made choosing a dentist. I went in for work on one tooth, he extracted it, then removed 2 OTHER crowns and refused to finish the work till the insurance approved it or I could pay with Care Credit which he so kindly gave me a pamphlet for. Fast forward 6 months later, I have to have the prepared tooth extracted now because it was left exposed for so long. Unfortunately, that tooth supported a bridge, so I've lost 2 more teeth in addition to the one I went to see him for. They couldn't get the proper paperwork submitted to the insurance company for 6 months! Expect administrative problems, gross overcharging and total neglect if you choose him."
