"I was referred to Dr Polk's office a few years back for a root canal. The experience at the time was terrible, but I didn't post a negative review at the time because root canals aren't fun and I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. I had to have the root canal redone this week because Dr Polk left a piece of root in there when he attempted it, and it had become infected. During this time I overheard the endodontist say to his assistant that I was the third person that week scheduled to have something redone that Dr Polk had screwed up. He may be fine as a regular dentist, I don't know, but I strongly advise against getting any endodontic work done by him. I personally won't ever set foot in his office again. Thanks to his ineptitude, I am having to pay for two root canals and two crowns, apart from having to be put through the procedure twice. I don't generally post negative reviews, but I am genuinely warning people so they don't have to go through the same ordeal."
