"Called at the end of April to set an appointment to get my car wrapped with a logo for my cellphone repair business, so I set the appointment for the last week of June; plenty of time to get the money together, plus, I paid the $199 upfront for art work. Then, the girl told me "Don't be surprised if you don't see any art work until the day you bring your car in." What?! Not until the day I bring my car in? Who does that? How, in their right mind, do they think they can run a business like Nancy Pelosi ran Congress (You have to pass it to know what's in it)? I let it go for a couple of weeks, but today, I had to call them back and let them know, because of this, I'm backing out. I wasn't about to let them wrap my car with something I've never seen, and wouldn't be seeing until they day THEY were ready to put it on. Other people have told me this wasn't right, and I never really felt comfortable about it. She had also told me in the original phone conversation that there were only 3 people working there and they may not get to it until then. What's that got to do with me? If you don't have enough people to do the job in a way that people can be comfortable with, THEN HIRE SOME! Sorry, can't give you my business on a big "IF" or a "maybe"; something like this requires communication long before the event, not "the day of". If they tell you that same thing, go somewhere else. Her boss told her he wanted to speak to me about it, but I'm sorry, the damage was done back on the day I set the appointment. Too much money involved for such a big uncertainty."
