"I love my new furniture! With that said the delivery experience was grueling! My items were back ordered for 2months to begin but okay, I waited. Then they scheduled delivery only to deliver half of my items. The reason was some pieces were turned down for quality reasons and would arrive later. Don’t they do a quality inspection at the manufacturer?? Why tell me the day of? Then it wasn’t assembled properly and I had to call back. It’s 3months into the process now…. Do better"

"The prices at this place are absolutely crazy. It's almost as if they forget they're trying to sell Furniture in Southwest Virginia. They do have nice things but are way overpriced. Anyone on a budget needs to stay away from this place. If you're rich and can pay more than needed for furniture then this is the place for you. Edit: Also, the two times that my wife and I visited no one offered to help us. We walked by two different ladies and even stood near one but she was too busy talking to her other co-worker to turn around and ask us if we needed any help. Given that this review was quite a while ago things may have changed but it was a horrible first impression. And into your response for Lebanon discount furniture, we tried to go there as well and on two separate occasions where the store hours listed as it would be open at the time we went, it was not. there wasn't even a sign or anything on the door listing why it was closed at the time. I hate not buying local. I would rather the money stay in the community that I live in. But with problems like these I don't mind to travel a little bit for better service."
