"2.00 in quarters for wash but when I use my card I get charged $10 with no specified reason or price difference."

"Used the automated wash. Had to go over to the wand wash afterwards. It only rinsed half of my vehicle after the triple foam so the wax and protectant probably did very little good. Big disappointment here. Won't return. If I could give a lower rating I would."

"The self-serve aspect of this car wash works as expected. However, the automatic car wash did NOT work for me. I put cash in the machine and slowly pulled into the wash as instructed. When my vehicle was inside, nothing happened. The green light went away and my car was never washed. Simply nothing happened. I backed out and attempted to get a refund, and the machine acted as if there was no ongoing wash...so I could not receive a refund. Perhaps this was just a computer glitch. In either case, I will not be using the automatic wash again."
