"I have been a patient for about 15 years. I have never had a bad experience or been treated bad. For the people saying they will charge 75 dollars if you miss your appointment are correct. But you need to put yourself in their shoes. They are not able to contact someone who might be on the wait list. The hygienist has no one to service for 45 minutes. I am sure lots of other reasons. I have had to cancel several times over the years but I also let them know in a timely manner so they could fill the spot in time and I was not charged 75 dollars or treated any differently the following appointment. Karma always welcomes patients with a smile, answers any questions you may have, will call you if you are on the wait list and work with your schedule to best fit your needs. Kimberly, the hygienist, is great and gets to know you and your family. It was a easy transition when she started. Dr. Bradley has been great over my time as a patient. "I'm a new patient at Star City Dentistry. I don't normally leave reviews, but in this case I'll make an exception. Dr. Bradley and the staff are excellent, and deserve it. I recently went to Aspen Dental to have some work done. When I was done, they told me I needed an extra $4000 worth of care before I'd have everything fixed. It was obviously all about the money. Dr. Bradley was the complete opposite. She told me what I actually needed, and it was a far cry from the previous estimate at Aspen. Everyone in the office was nice, and Dr. Bradley is very knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait for hours either. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a dentist, don't hesitate to give them a call."
