"I had an excellent dentist but he quit carrying my dental insurance. I picked Thomas Gallaher and went for a cleaning and him and the hygienist discussed what a terrible job I had done taking care of my teeth. He claimed I had four cavities and needed 4 fillings. I went to schedule the fillings that I was sure I didn’t need as I took excellent care of my teeth when the dentist proceeded to get into an argument with a patient. Then I finally asked the office staff after waiting a long time if I could just call to schedule the fillings appt and she then helped me make it. I thought about how uncomfortable I was with the whole situation and cancelled the appt. I went to the new dentist today and surprise surprise I have zero cavities!!!! Grandin Family dentistry is awful. Do not go there!! Also the new dentist reviewed my x-rays with me unlike grandin family dentistry!!!"

"Love the Dr. and the staff! Anyone who says they are not helpful when you need to reschedule must be being rude to whomever they are talking to! Everyone I’ve dealt with at Dr. Gallagher’s office is amazing. I totally forgot an appointment one day; the front office person called me to reschedule (I did have to pay a fee; but that is totally expected as I missed my appointment and they could have had another patient in my spot) When rescheduling me they got me a new appointment quickly and were very nice and professional about the entire situation."

"Dr. Tom and his entire staff are fantastic. They know and treat all of my kids. My youngest who is 6 has always needed a lot of dental work and Dr. Tom has made him look forward to going to the dentist again."

Everyone in the office is always so upbeat and seem to really like their job. This office is wonderful. The atmosphere is inviting. I would highly recommend Grandin Family Dentistry. "Dr. Tom and his hygienists are amazing. My daughter (8) needed some dental work done and they make her feel completely at ease. They also tout her bravery so she is so proud leaving the office. All of the staff are so welcoming and friendly. Dr.Tom makes sure my daughter is always comfortable and pain free and always ensures he is doing as little work as medically necessary. The way I can tell my daughter is comfortable, her hands are never clenched. She has a relaxed posture as she watches a show on the TV in the room. Can't recommend Dr. Tom enough."
