"Made an appointment in person, confirmed it online. Then when I went to my appointment they told me they had cancelled it and aren't able to see me until a month later. My wisdom tooth is growing in sideways and is breaking my other teeth. It's excruciatingly painful. I asked them why they cancelled, and all I got was i don't knows. From the lady behind the desk, to everyone I was able to get into contact with. I also work nights and had to leave work early the night before just so I could make it and then that happened. What makes it even worse is the place was not even busy. Sooo, Imma give this a 1 start rating. I should have known better than to go there anyway after everyone I know told me that they are the worst dentist in town and after reading all the bad reviews. Guess I just had to learn the hard way. So save yourself some time And just don't go here."

"Over a year ago I gave them a 5 star rating. I'm changing it because I have never dealt with this level of incompetence from staff. Apparently the only time they call you back is if you threaten to show up. I was seen on Friday after speaking to the office manager. She did her best to have me worked in after no one returned my calls for 3 days. Now it's Monday and my antibiotic has yet to be called into my pharmacy. I've called several times today. Nothing but excuses from the receptionist. Hopefully I don't die from my abscess since I've been without rx for 4 days. Do not recommend Aspen Dental Valley View."

"A very good experience, today! 1/23/24. Staff was great, and I so wish I could remember the girls name. She was the dental assistant that did everything. I would say she is more than assistant. She had reddish color hair,with glasses. Hair long, in a ponytail. She not only did a good job,making my partial work for me, she was a sweet patient person! Front desk person, was also good."

"Would not recommend aspen dental to anyone. To them they look at you as $ not a human. They take your money and will not fix there mistakes. My dad is 81 years old on a fixed income paying 2600.00 for new dentures out of pocket. His new dentures after having 1 week, front top tooth feel out. They fixed it. Within 24 hours fell out again, they fixed it. 1 week later fell out again, this time during the night while sleeping. Asked to speak to a the manager, the receptionist puts you on hold and refused to put the manager on phone. She says bring your dentures in and if he is in the office he will speak to you. My dad lives 1 1/2 hours away. He doesn't drive due to other health reasons. He relays on others for transportation. It's a inconvenience to others and myself. I did file a complaint with the better business bureau. They need to be stopped!!"

"The staff is awesome. From the first person I saw walking in, to the dentist herself. They're so helpful and understanding. I was extremely stressed about my procedure due to a bad experience, they had a lot of patience and my procedure was quick and they made me as comfortable as possible. Even after the procedure they've been so helpful. I really appreciate this office."
