"Super frustrating experience! We live in an area with 0 cell service. With that being said we also work full time. We left them our work and cell number. We had scheduled an appointment a month ahead. When we showed up for our appointment, (which we had to drive an hour too AND take a day off from work) we were told we were canceled because we did not confirm. I confirmed when I made the appointment! So fast forward 2 years later my daughter needs to see a pediatric dentist to have some teeth worked on. We are apparently banned from being seen there all because we did not confirm an appointment years prior. Super frustrating because now we have to drive hours away just to find a reasonable dentist."

"Wish I could leave them a zero. My feelings were validated while reading the other bad reviews for this office. Glad to know its not just my family that they were rude to. My son had a very traumatic experience at a dentist prior to visiting this office and was even in therapy because of it. It took us 2 years to get him mentally ready to go to another dentist and then we finally got in to see her. She scheduled his surgery and told us we had to have a physical within 30 days. We immediately scheduled a physical with his pediatrician for a couple weeks before the surgery date. When it came to the day of the appointment he tested positive for the flu so we were not able to get the physical done that day. We were 4 days out from the surgery date and were going to have our pediatrician schedule us for that day so we could get it taken care of, we didn't think that would be an issue. Instead, we were called and told that because our physical wasn't 2 weeks before the surgery they had to cancel and they would no longer see our child in their office. My husband, understandably, got very upset and raised his voice a bit (no cursing or rude words) because we've been trying to take care of this tooth for 2 years now!...and the lady on the phone became very unprofessional and rude and hung up on him after saying, "are you going to be quiet and let me talk now?" What kind of professional business is this? Because from the experience we had and a lot of these other reviews I'm seeing they are rude to everyone and refuse service for the smallest inconvenience to them. They have no sympathy for bigger families or for those that have to miss due to being sick. Mind you, all of this with my family just happened over late December so we were also working around Christmas and New Years which made it harder to get in to the doctor. We filed a complaint with our insurance as this office should not be paid. Zero stars. Would never recommend."

"I have been to several dentist with my boys and this one has something special. It’s the people. They REALLY CARE! Other places are just nice but you can feel how genuine the staff is from checking in to checking out. They are with you also along the way of any procedures that need to be done. They make sure you know that as well. A+ customer service and hospitality!! We have been so pleased with just 1 visit and 1 procedure. A special shout out to our hygienist Sarah for being extra wonderful to our boys! They are 8 and 2 and always nervous about new beginnings."

"This has got to be hands down the best Pediatric Dentistry around. I take my niece here and she loves Dr. Becca! It’s extremely the cleanest office I have ever been in and the staff is amazing as well. Especially Andrea, she is always very helpful when scheduling appointments."

"My children absolutely love Sarah!!! She is so patient and caring with all of her patients. My kids actually get excited when they have dental appointments! All of the staff members are absolutely wonderful!!! I highly recommend this office to anyone needing a wonderful place for their kiddos to been seen!! My kids love the tvs in the ceiling and all the okay house!! I couldn’t imagine trusting any other office with my kids!! They truly have my kids best interest when providing my kids with their dental needs! They are ROCK STARS!!!!"
