"I was really happy to find a dentist on my insurance list when mine retired after 30 years of care. I am in need of many services after my battle with cancer. Had to wait months for an appointment. They then received authorization for all of my treatments on the same day. They told me they had not received it on scaling and planing and to wait for a call to schedule. Checking with my insurance they had received approval on the same dang authorization as the rest. I waited and waited for a call to schedule. I sent the pdf from my insurance determinations by email. No response. At all. I finally called and was told they are scheduling in to next year. Throwing away the benefits I paid for all year. I found another dentist with plenty of openings. But have to pay out of pocket, which I am struggling to finance with a fixed disability income, for the exam and xrays because these people wasted my benefits instead of being upfront about their scheduling issues. Would not recommend unless you have plenty of time, a pocket full of money and the wherewithal to do the footwork to keep up on claims and authorizations because they do not."
