"I set an appointment with EJ to detail my 2017 Jetta on Friday, April 28th. Unfortunately, we also had a lot of wind and monsoon type of rains that day, but since the car would be under a carport, he came out. The appointment was for 10am and he not only texted me to say he was on his way, he arrived a few minutes early. My wife went over with him the few problem spots in the interior that I wanted addressed and he told her it would take 4 to 4.5 hours. He finished within the stated time (and somehow not turning the dirt floor of the carport into a swamp) and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. While the weather kept blowing rain on the car, it was basically spotless on the outside as well as the inside when he was finished. He left an air freshener in the center cup holder so I could hang it up or put it on the floor mat. EJ is very courteous and you can tell he really wants to make the customer happy. He made this customer happy and now my wife's car will be next! I have added a few photos taken on Saturday afternoon about 24 hours after the detail; basically spotless car on the outside and brand new looking cup holders and shifter bellows."
