"The overall mission of Just Hope is great. I've donated many times as well as shopped in the store many times. Loved that I could donate/purchase and in turn, the money stays local. Sadly, the experience of shopping in the store has changed, it is not pleasurable. Other than a couple of great cashier's, the employees are all hunched together in small groups, whispering and sit in chairs behind the counter while on their phones. One feels as if they've walked in somewhere you were not invited..The energy is very off putting. Yesterday was the last day I'll stop in. From now on, I'll shop and donate where at least I know it is appreciated and I can get a ,"thank you for stopping by.""

"I am not one to be a Karen or leave a small business with a good cause a bad review but honestly I think it’s necessary. A poorly supervised Kid/teenager that I believe is helping the store rammed into the back of my camaro with a shopping cart and a group of people were standing in front of the door not having a very appropriate conversation for a work setting and were blocking the door. I am undetermined of “damage” on the car not sure if it really left a “mark” but it was a pretty good hit."

"One of the best thrift stores around. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and they have a dressing room to try on clothes. The books are an awesome deal. I have found wonderful kid's books for my son for 50 cents each. The store is organized and does sales quite often. Brought my husband one day and he was amazed how much good clothing he found for himself. I also like that they are an actual charity in the area and not one making the owners rich. Check them out. Over the year I have gotten clothing, books, home items, boy's clothing, and holiday decor here and been happy with the prices."

"My family and I have been shopping at Just Thrift since her first grandchild opening at the old location and all prices are very affordable even for low income families. From clothing to household supplies, certain shelf foods, shoes, books, purses, toys, etc. You name it, they got it and if they don't, just make a request and they'll post it on their website or Facebook page and they're very dedicated to their customers so it wouldn't take long to get items you need. My experiences as a shopper have been nothing less than enjoyable. They even have a dressing room!!! I would recommend any and everyone to at least stop by and walk around, you won't come out empty handed!!! Thank you Just Thrift for being so good to us!!! See you all soon!!!"
