"We’re from out of state and I called HC on a snowy evening to help my dad and me get a wrecked car on our trailer. Used their rollback to drop the vehicle perfectly on our trailer, then helped us securely tie it down. Driver (didn’t catch his name unfortunately) was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. And they only charged $75 — I would’ve paid three times that amount for someone to get me out of this pickle. Hope i never need their services again but they’ll be my first call."

"Traveling thru Harrisonburg Va on Saturday morning in route to Atlanta, stopped for gas and truck would not start. Called Chapins for a tow to Ford dealer who would not be able to repair till Monday. Carlos with Chapins was there in less than 30 minutes. Looked at my truck and thought it was my fuel pump. Instead of going to Ford and costing me two more days he towed it to his mechanic who checked it out, got a new fuel pump and installed it in less than two hours and got my wife and I back on the road. "Chapins was dispatched by my roadside rescue service and they never showed up. Had to sit there for over two hours and eventually requested another tow service. Harts Towing was dispatched and showed up in less than 30 minutes. Chapins is not a 24/7 operation, tried calling while waiting and got a short message “we’re closed”. There was no way to communicate with them after hours. So Chapins towing is unreliable and unprofessional."
