"I recently had an insurance repair for my car here, moderate body work. They did a decent job but ordered some aftermarket parts that didn't work a couple times, so it took ~2 weeks longer than expected and some parts they used have significant scratches and bumps. When I got my car back, the gas tank was almost completely empty (they apologized and gave me cash to fill up myself), the battery terminals were left untightened so I had to call AAA for a jump a couple days later, and the back blinker circuit was never reconnected so I ended up having to take it back in anyhow. Quality control needs to be better."
