They dealt with the warranty company to get the required approvals and with Land Rover to get the engine and all required parts shipped and delivered to them. "I've been bringing my 2011 LR4 to British 4x4 ever since my extended warranty expired. It's been at least 5 years. They are very honest and trustworthy. They won't push a service unless it's absolutely needed. Their prices are reasonable and they will also find the best price for parts, as needed. They've changed out my failing engine, among other repairs. I won't bring it anywhere else. Jace, George, the British 4x4 mechanics and team are fantastic."
