"My past few service interactions with this team has been subpar. The employees are all very courteous and friendly but there have been issues that leaves me to believe there are quality issues. I had an appointment this morning to get my emissions done and I received a text about 20 mins before my appt (good thing I did not leave my house yet) to say that they had not set up their emissions machine since the move. I made this appt weeks ago and they just let me know 20 mins before! I had to scramble to find another place. My last service appt, they forgot to do the emissions, hence I had to come back today. They also did a service they already did recently but still recommended. They did not charge me for that service. Not serious issues overall, just a lack of oversight which is annoying as a customer."

"Pleasant experience overall. Had to do a 50k mile checkup and tuning, + oil change and tire rotation, +the CX-9 recall and took a full day. I had to get a courtesy car and they even let you pick whatever is available."

"Absolutely ridiculous. All of their shops give you different prices for parts. On the question why, they start finding excuses which are absolutely non-reasonable. In the end the answer was : Then you can go buy it from there, i don't care. They will drain your wallet, keep it safe !"

If they find anything wrong with your car they always give you a call with a complete explanation and recommendations before asking for your permission to go ahead with service."
