"Overall the team did well However, the Driver Door Key Lock Cylinder Access (In Case of Dead Battery) Was not replaced. Small thing but would had been a good customer service fix"
"I brought my car into the Jim McKay services shop after a terrible experience at Jiffy Lube. After a tire rotation from Jiffy Lube, my car was shaking and wobbling going as slow as 30mph. Not only was it easy to make an appointment to get this issue looked at through the Jim McKay Chevrolet Services, but the employee that assisted me, Mike, was extremely personable and showed me grace during this experience. They fixed my tires within an hour, let me test drive it before paying, and provided education regarding the issue. As a female with little experience in vehicle maintenance/mechanics, this shop made me feel comfortable and did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge (which is rare these days). Thank you to the employees and mechanics that work here, your are appreciated! If your car needs maintenance, I would recommend bringing it to this shop."
