"One of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had with a medical establishment. If I could rate zero stars I would. I recently went to Dr. Koussa for a dental restoration. She was to be adding a dental bridge. It took over a month to have my initial appointment, as they informed me that they first needed to secure a deposit from my insurance agency. During my first appointment, not only did the Dr. do the restoration incorrectly, it took me complaining several times for her to admit the procedure was done wrong. She ended up re doing the procedure, and although annoyed I was happy it was done. Flash forward a few weeks, I went to my regular dentist for a standard cleaning and was told I owed a bill, which was strange as my insurance generally covers it I called the insurance company and found out Dr. Koussa took $1,400 from my insurance when she had originally quoted me at $630 without saying anything. I called the office asking for an explanation to what was going on, as I still had one more installment payment to make for the procedure. I told them not to take anymore money from my card until the situation was sorted. I asked the Dr. to call me which she never did, rather she had her assistant inform me that I no longer needed to make my last payment. I am very confused and concerned about how a well known establishment can pull extra money from insurance companies without informing their clients. If I would not have called I would have been charged more and paying way more than I had originally been quoted. It is completely unprofessional, and I would think twice before having any major dental work done at this office."

"I have been coming here for a little over a year and it’s my third visit. Everyone here is very friendly from the receptionist, to the dental hygienist, and most assuredly Dr. Koussa. Bed side manner is great and even though the cleaning and polishing is quick, that just shows me their scheduling efficiency. Everyone explains what actions are going to be taken before done. I would recommend this place to anyone in this area."
