"I was a long time patient with West Springfield Dental Arts until we moved away from the area four years ago. With almost a two hour commute one way to have cleanings or any other work done became somewhat challenging. I settled in for a local dentist and found it to be adequate. However, yesterday, I had a significant chip in my tooth exposing the gum line. I needed to have some immediate repairs done and was a not able to have this taken care of locally. I reached out to West Springfield Dental Arts and to my surprise not only had they maintained my account but provided several appointment options that day. I met with Dr. Smiley and her associate and they did a phenomenal job in making the repair. Things were clearly communicated as to what was about to take place and within 45 minutes of arriving, I was done. It was one of the very best experiences I have had with a dentist. In fact, I would say one of the top two. The work was perfect. She and her team were friendly, reassuring and skilled. I was impressed with how quickly the repair was done and the fact that you can't even tell there was a break in the tooth. Prior to leaving, they had already calculated the insurance responsibility so I was able to settle the bill immediately. I cannot recommend Dr. Smiley enough or the practice for that matter. I made the decision prior to heading home that I was coming back to this practice for all of my dental needs. I cannot thank them enough for accommodating me so quickly but most importantly for the superior work that was done. Thanks to their entire team."
