"First time at Bar Botanical. Fabulous renovation with a great outdoor patio area. The staff was attentive and super friendly. Food and drinks wonderful! We had the lentil tacos, wonton nachos and Caesar salad all tasty and colorful. The Casablanca cocktail was just ok, but the Juicebox was excellent! Will definitely come back!"

"We drove from Lake Anna to try this since we love their Charlottesville location. The food was incredible (no surprise). My sister used to have crab cakes all the time before going vegan and said that these were as close to the real thing as you can get. I enjoyed the sliders. We love that they are bringing in people from outside the vegan community! It goes to show how delicious plant-based food can be when made right. The building is set up a bit strange so the restaurant isn’t the easiest to find. It’s also not a proper “sit down” experience - first come, first serve seating and you have to order through the Toast app/website on your phone (no servers). Highlight: The view of the mountains… insanely beautiful!"
