"The dental hygienist did not listen. She also refused to provide a copy of my x-ray, as I requested, despite this being a common request and a patient right that all other dental offices have recognized. The kind woman at the front desk provided a copy eventually, despite the dental assistant telling me a story she completely made up about why patients are never allowed to have copies of their own x-rays. Why the hygienist was so insistent that I could not have a copy of an x-ray I paid for is uncertain. She was unhelpful and imperious unfortunately. Beyond the kind woman at the front desk, this office generally felt cold, clinical, commercial, and rushed. Dismissive and/ or rude behavior among dentsists or the people who clean teeth is a deal breaker for me. I would not recommend tbis office for anyone with even slight dental anxiety either, as basic professionalism was not demonstrated by the people who would be cleaning teeth."

"I recently started going to MJM. I was told I needed some major work done by another dentist. I met Dr. Murray outside of dentistry and thought to go to him as someone I knew and could trust for a 2nd opinion. I have to say I was completely impressed by their professionalism and service. Dr. Murray clearly explained the situation and my options as he talked through my x-rays with me. The dental assistants followed suit explaining what they were going to do and why. The staff working with my insurance gave me the exact cost to the penny of the procedure I opted to take. Other dental offices, in my experience, could not touch them. Not even close. The entire office is the best I've been to. I, and soon my family, will not be going anywhere else but here. In the era of decreasing customer service everywhere, they are a true breath of fresh air. "Going to the dentist has always been an experience I don't particularly enjoy. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how fantastic my whole experience was with Dr. Murray and his staff. It had been quite a while since my last visit because of COVID, and this was my first time at this practice. The receptionists were both warm and incredibly helpful. The dental hygienist was thorough and Dr. Murray made sure to make time for all of my questions and concerns. I'll definitely be going back and scheduling my visits more regularly."
