"I am writing this post as a former patient and one who had positive experiences with Dr. Pandak’s services as a dentist as well as the accuracy of the administrative staff for over 10 years. I am now a cancer patient and the 45 minute drive is too much although I continued to make it for years after I moved away from the Fairfax location. Before my first experience with the office in 2001, they asked me to fill out a form regarding my anxiety with dentists. At the time, I had not been to a dentist in years due to bad experiences, however I cannot imagine that Dr. Pandak could be anything other than kind and thorough. He always did the cleaning himself. He always did a check on my mouth, chin, and neck to ensure nothing else was going on there, and he always asked if my health had changed in any way. (Note: His signature move is to hold your tongue with a piece of gauze while he moves your tongue to check underneath.). As I’ve had many more experiences recently with doctors and dentists, I’ve come to truly appreciate the staff as well. Correct information, correct billing, timely reminders of appointments, and all other aspects that came up during my time going to Dr. Pandak, were all very well executed in a friendly manner.
