"I am sure the store is great in person, but if they are going to have an online presence, they need to up their game. More staff (who do not sound overwhelmed and harried on the phone) leading up to Christmas, and a website that doesn't let you place orders on out of stock items would be a start. This is especially true for a store that sells nothing but Christmas-related products! I placed an order 11 days ago, never received a receipt for the initial order, and have yet to see a refund for two items not in stock or an updated receipt for the changed order. The good news is that the order has been shipped but I still don't know the total of my revised order! I love brick and mortar stores and I wish them the best, as I'm sure it is great to shop there ! I wish I could."
