"I just wanted to schedule for a teeth cleaning over the phone and was quoted $79 for everything, including a checkup and X-ray. I was happy with the price, but after they checked, they said I needed deep cleaning, and it ended up costing over $900. This is outrageous; I never expected such a high cost for just cleaning. Additionally, I had to pay $59 for coming in, and no cleaning was done. I wish I had known beforehand; I wouldn't have wasted almost two hours and money."

"Took xrays outside the schedule set by my insurance and did not tell me. I asked them to make this right and they would not. I had to pay. Will never go back. Highly UNRECOMMENDED."

"I was a customer for a long time and never had issues until the previous doctors left. The staff didn't communicate the temporary doctor they have were out of network so I ended up paying for my treatment because insurance wouldn't cover it. They keep arguing that it was communicated with me when they didn't, otherwise I would of look for an in network provider. I for sure not coming back here again, they are losing a 5 year loyal customer over a $53 they couldn't credit for their mistake."

The dental assistant Brittany Farriss was excellent she showed exceptional chairside manners, she was very knowledgeable explained everything in detail before the procedure and after . She showed pride in her work . The doctor was also on point it was an around good experience for me her at untied dental"

"I went for a regular cleaning, and it was AWFUL!! I have NEVER had an issue with a dentist appointment but since moving up here, I needed a new dentist - I will never be coming back here! The front staff was great but the dentist tried her hardest to make me 'need' anesthesia. I have never had tears streaming down my face during a normal cleaning, but here I was crying, blood everywhere and I was drowning in blood/slobber since they wouldn't use the vacuum thing, so I got up and spit in the sink. They charge per quadrant they clean so take the price and multiply by 4 for a full cleaning. There is also no privacy between you and other patients there so it's a bit awkward because there aren't any doors/curtains. Not a good experience at all."
