The folks are friendly. Repairs went well and resolved my issues and took less time than I would have guesssed."

"Quoted me an hour. Had me out the door in 38 min. They are always fast with the service. Update: made an appointment for today. I couldn't remember the time I was scheduled. I never received a text the day before as I used to in the past. I ended up being 30min. Late and not early this time. Sylvia at the front service desk updated all of my info in the system and made sure it wouldn't happen again. She's always been helpful and kind. Today I was quoted 1hr to hr and a half. It took 2+hrs. Probably because I was late. My service tech greeted me with my keys and let me know about upcoming services that will be needed due to high miles. He did tell me though that my transmission fluid changed was not in the system or he could have just missed it. I will have to inquire about that next time."

"Took my 2023 RAV4 in for routine maintenance and a tire rotation. Someone broke off one of the lug nuts when putting a tire back on. I was told that they would order a new lug nut and they would call me when it in in a few days. I didn’t hear from them for almost a month so I called and was told the part was in. I hadn’t picked up the part, so a few days later someone called and said that the part was in and that I could come in and they would put it on with no wait because of the inconvenience. After waiting for 40 minutes to get the lug nut fixed, I asked for my key and part and they said “oh he just pulled it in to top off your fluids, it will be done in just a few minutes”. I told them I didn’t ask for my fluids to be topped off I just wanted the part changed quickly like they said. It took 50 minutes for something that was supposed to be in and out."
