"If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a jacket bundle deal from here. It was two jackets and a hat for $100. I only got the hat and I paid for 3 day rush shipping. This was January 26th. Here it is March 23rd and I still have yet to receive my items and nobody is answering the phone calls, as well as nobody's answering the emails. The ONE time they did answer the emails it was very very very rude and it led me nowhere!! Do not order from them. It is a scam! According to USPS since January 26th, they haven't even given them anything to ship to me!!! I'm reporting them to the better Business bureau."

"Great merchandise. Most disrespectful customers service ive ever experienced. Dude is talking on his phone while not trying to be seen on camera on his phone . He is talking about me to his girl on ( speakerphone) saying he has to follow me around the store while not being seen on his phone on camera. All his doing is walking around the store taking pictures. (His words not mine) . I was walking around the store taking pictures of stuff I wanted to buy but after that disrespect I will not be buying or returning to the store. His also talking about the vendor's infront of him to his girl how they keep pushing customers away for the store. No wonder customers don't come into the store. I wouldnt either. And I definitely won't be returning or mentioning this store to anyone I know. Damm shame cause the merchandise is great ."

"They deserve 0 stars. The person at the counter is rude, the products are cheap and they are thieves. They refuse to cancel a subscription the website doesn't work and allow you to cancel. They keep sending my husband the wrong size clothes then won't refund or exchange but charged him $5 for an exchange once then refused any new exchanges. They are a joke with horrible business practices. Do NOT spend money here."

"Horrible customer service and return policy with shady business practices. We purchased a long sleeve T-shirt for 22$ but when it rang up it was 32$ we questioned the salesman and he said some of the items are missmarked. I then asked about the return policy and he said you have 14 days to exchange the item no refunds. I should have asked before my son paid for his fathers Christmas present with his own cash we would have kept looking elsewhere. When we returned 5 days later because these items run a size small we were told to pay 5$ to exchange the same item. Shame on them. We will never shop here again."
