"I give them that staff was friendly but other than that this place is a rip off. Overly priced, they don't tell you that the shirt is one price and the iron on another then want to put on a wax coating that doesn't help hold iron on. I paid almost $60 for a tank top with an iron on and the wax coating that she was able to wear twice before the iron on started to come off. Do not recommend!!!"

"My best friend saw a pair of shorts she really wanted because they were fun. We went in the guy told her they where $14.99 she so she decided to get them. I was looking around and saw a shirt I liked. I was just looking but they took it out of my hand and guess it was my size I had picked up and printed it for me. I figured it would be around $15 I didn’t want the shirt I would’ve have been fine with out it. At the end of it my cousin spent $50 on a pair of shorts and I spent $60. The shirt didn’t even fit and it was supposed to be a large, but it was more like a small. On top of that I got back and one of the letters was already peeling off. If I could give a 0 star I would. It’s a total rip off and a scam."

"I wouldn’t even give it 1 star, horrible place, makes me never want to come back to Virginia Beach because of scammers like them, oh yeah they are super nice and helpful only because when you get to the register you get charged 300 and something for only 5 small items, they don’t tell you it’s a additional charge for the print to be put on, which most other shop do not do that! And when you voice of how ridiculous it is to be paying that much, they say well you asked for these and they are custom so yeah you have to buy them now! Worst place! So buyer beware"

"Run, don’t walk away from this shop! My daughter and her friend went in to buy a sweatshirt they saw in the window. When they asked about the identical ones on the rack, Hannah told them they needed make them. The price showed $30 for the sweatshirt, JUST the sweatshirt apparently, the design on the back was an additional $50, the one on the sleeve $15 and the small on the front $10 AND an extra $15 for a “wax coating.” None of which was disclosed before she ironed them on. It came to $233 for two sweatshirts that are worth maybe $30 each, and even that would be generous!"

"If I could give this place a -50 I would. I’m from virginia beach, born and raised here my entire life, and when I saw a pair of funny shorts in the window I went in to check it out. I asked how much they were and the man working said 14.99. I went ahead with buying and when he rang me up the total came out to over $80 dollars, for a pair of shorts that cost probably 2 dollars to make. I tried walking away and they wouldn’t let me. Basically trapped me into spending 80 bucks for a pair of shorts from China. Do not shop here. Complete and total scam."
