"Where to start. The staff at the virginia beach establishment are very helpful. The boots that they sell are actually very good and if not some of the best you will find. Why is the review low? Because the way the company itself handles returns or exchanges. Boots for different people have break in periods and even should be tested for their use in a work environment or worn all day. Went here last weekend to buy new work boots thought I found the perfect size because they fit great for the first 5 hours. After that my foot swells a bit and they become severely uncomfortable. Due to the companies return and exchange policy I can't exchange these from a 9.5D to a 9.5W. Can't really blame the store or any of the employees. I however have had issues in the past with boots with other companies be it Brunt workwear or Belleville and they would happily oblige an exchange. Boot Barns return/Exchange policy will only work for boots that are unworn (WEAR THEM IN YOUR HOUSE FOR HOURS BEFORE USING THEM ANYWHERE, Not even on concrete carpet hardwood floors only. I'm just a disgruntled customer that is now going to be out of 500$+ because of the return policy. If you need boots its a great place other than that if you think you will have an issue with them in any shape or form and its not a manufacturers defect. Take yourself to a company that relies more on customer support and satisfaction."

"I placed an order online for Christmas, which was delivered in a timely manner, but once opened, the cologne box looked like it was manhandled and awful. I wish I could post pictures of how I received this product. Unfortunately, I had to do my Christmas shopping this year online due to health issues."

Angela, the manager, went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and patience in helping me find the perfect western-style attire were remarkable. Despite the busy store, she made sure each customer received individual attention. Kudos to the entire crew (Mandi and Keisha for their outstanding teamwork! The service was so exceptional that I treated them to Starbucks after my purchase since they kept getting flooded with customers and didn’t have time to make their coffee run. Highly recommend Boot Barn for their stellar customer service!"
