"I was coming from way out of state to use this storage facility. There were a few other storage places in the area, but I really liked Bay Storage’s website. It was attractive but mostly I liked that I could do the whole transaction online. I did get a call from them a couple of days later to confirm the type of storage I needed. We also discussed what I would owe for the first payment. I still didn’t have to pay anything until we got to the Shore and went in person to the storage facility. We were not able to give them the exact amount of time we needed the unit for, but they allowed us to set up recurring monthly payments.instead. We went to check out the facility and it was perfect. They gave us two keys to access the facility and allowed us to have access to the front gate so we could check on our unit anytime without having to ask or call ahead. The staff at Bay Storage is very friendly yet efficient We left the storage facility knowing that our possessions would be in good hands."
