"Bought a car for my daughter in Sept before school started. Here we are today PROBLEM 1.They did some messed up temporary fix to the engine by putting electrical tape on it, my husband had to fix the problem seeing that coolant was running out due to the holes. 2. STILL NO title! Whenever they do answer all I get is call back it's still not in!!! 3.No answer!!! I call at least everyother day and no answer!! Voicemail is full!! Beware & read all the reviews before buying from here I wish I did because I would have been a little apprehensive about my purchase here"

"RUN! RUN! RUN!....Don't buy your cars there. They are scammers!!! I bought my car here about 3 months ago, and I've still not gotten the title yet, I've called over a million times but they always come up with an excuse. They always request for my address, name and Car VIN every time I call and they never do anything about it. I have filed complaints with the DMV and the department of consumer and regulatory affairs, hopefully we can have their dealership license revoked and shop closed. This has happened to too many people doing business with them and enough is enough. I've also involved my lawyer as they will be paying for the expenses and trouble they've cost me since I've spent so much fixing the car and also for transportation since the tags are expired. Worst experience ever!"

"I bought my car over a year ago. We have tried tirelessly to get a hold of someone for our title that we never received (so we haven’t been able to register). I was able to take off of work and go up there during open hours because they never answer the phone. A kind salesman replaced our extremely expired 30 day tags with new ones and said he would call as soon as they had the title. Welp, it expired today and again, they aren’t answering their phones. They are about to close for the day so I can’t go up there and they are closed until Tuesday. So I won’t have opportunity to go up there again until next weekend. It’s extremely unprofessional. Not to mention, this car has broken down on me 2x and needed a ton of work on it. We have easily put 1k in to this car just to operate and get me to work. I’m very disappointed with this place and this car. I do not recommend giving them your money or time."

"Awesome vehicle (1999 Dodge Ram 1500) and an unbeatable price. The best part? When the truck had an issue two days later, they insisted that I bring it back in. I did that. They fixed it and I am completely happy. Chris, Jim, and their STAR MECHANIC, VINCENT, will absolutely take care of you. Keep up the good work, guys!"

"Please don’t purchase a vehicle from them. All there cars are lemons. God was on my side. Suppose to purchase a car on Wednesday from them but didn’t make it up there until Friday & when I got there,the car was broke down. The bootleg salesman told me to wait a couple of days until they fix the car. Hell no. I got the hell out of there. Buyers be ware.. u been warned."
