Jiffy Lube

"Stay away from these guys. I just went to them almost 1 month ago for an oil change and tune up. During my state inspection it was discovered my oil was super old and had almost nothing left on the Dip-stick. It explains why my oil light would occasionally still come on even after jiffy lube said its because of the new oil and its filter. Jiffy lube is a bunch of rip off money grabbers. Stay away from their business if you want your vehicle to get the care it needs."

"Update 11-20-23: Jason the District Manager kindly followed up with me and was able to assist me with going to a different location to have all services completed. I appreciate his help and will go to another location in the future. I had very good service at the Jiffy Lube at 720 First Colonial Rd in VB. Original Post 11-10-23: Same experience as the others who posted - no check and filling of tire pressures. I know because my car has indicators that tell me the pressure of each tire and they were exactly the same before and after oil changed. They were 30-31 and should be at 35. Also no vacuuming done. I also asked for windshield wipers to be replaced and they forgot that too but I reminded them before I left so they did replace those. This is a Fleet car and it boggles my mind why they would do such poor service when the Fleet company lists this service center as somewhere we can take our cars. I think I’ll call Fleet to discuss. It makes me nervous as to whether the oil and filter were actually changed if nothing else was done!"

"I already don’t trust quick lube places but I needed an oil change before driving 3000 miles come on got the best oil service they have. Done fast get in my truck not a tire checked , no vacuum , etc. I get back to hotel to pack up get under the hood to check the level. Boom they never replaced the oil filter. Take it back right away and I tried to be nice about it but come on this right here is why people don’t trust these places. They change the filter with a small one and never changed the oil after. Paid over 130 dollars and got looked at like it’s my fault. Take your business else where not worth the complete head ache or time. Update! They use this reply to make it sound like they will do something about it but they never make contact back. Stay clear of this place if you care about your car or your money"

"Update to the update…. Only after a little of a year and less than 10,000 miles, it was discovered that they incorrectly replaced my brakes. Please see the images on one of my brake pads. Had to replace them all yet again and throw away more money UPDATE Jiffy Lube fixed their discrepancy and that one employee no longer works there. They were very quick to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely recommend. ———————— The first time I came to this location the manager was a competent individual that was very friendly and knew his job. They performed an oil change and replaced my truck’s brakes and rotors. I had to order tires and came back today and it was a whole different experience. Wes Griffin what I presume to be the manager was the laziest and most incompetent individual I have ever met. I was told 45 minutes for the tire change and it ended up taking 4-5 hours. I understand that jobs can take a little longer than expected but this was unacceptable. I get that he had to coordinate other clients and whatnot but his time management, multi-tasking, and delegation skills are laughable. I wish I would’ve gotten the first managers name because he was great and I would go here again if he’s working but I will drive away if Wes is working. The other staff was great. Update: just found out they stole one or didn’t secure one of my lug nuts."
