Reviews of Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes
"The ONLY reason this place is getting 1 star from me is so i can leave this review. This people are straight up RUDE!!!! Dealt with Tonya i believe a couple of days ago and as soon as i walked in the door she had a demeanor as to say “What do you want”. I simply asked her about this companys color matching and process for looking up specific colors. She literally acted like i was speaking a different language and couldnt help me. So Today i come back and meet this Mark guy. What everyone is saying about him being rude is true as well! Sherwin williams had exactly what i needed but i refused to buy it simply because they were rude for NO REASON! Ill go some place else smh"
"Go see Mark for your auto paint needs. He is professional and knowledgeable. There is no need to go anywhere else."
"I can only guess that the two horrible reviews from RJ and Jerry Parker are from the same person. I've only been there a few times, but over the span of 10 years. Each of those three times, I dealt with Mark. Each time, he was very attentive and focused on the person he was dealing with at the time. Once it was my turn, he gave me the same attention and consideration. On my first visit, he spent almost an hour with me, not only answering my questions, but asking me questions about things I might not have known to ask, to make sure that my paint project turned out the best it could be. Without his knowledge and instruction, I would have missed a couple critical steps in painting my daughter's car from red to blue. It came out perfectly... thanks to Mark. Mark is very dedicated to helping customers and ensuring that they have what they need and know what they are doing. But he is only one person and can only help one person at a time. If you have questions, want to make sure you have everything that you need for your project and want the best advice available... go talk to Mark!"
"Great product and franchise. As a customer, I've never been treated as rudely and poorly as an employee named Mark treated me from the moment i walked into the store. I was treated like i was the greatest inconvenience of all time and was shamed for not having professional paint knowledge. I pray I don't need to return for more paint."
"Great franchise, but this particular store has an employee by the name of Mark who seems to think its ok to treat some customers better than others based on gender and race. I am a Hebrew Israelite that gave "mark" exact paint codes and orders, but it still took 30 mins before i could even pay. Meanwhile 2 more customers that where caucasian got what they needed and where helped all under 10 mins. I got a pint of paint that he didnt even mix until 15 mins after i told him what I needed. Anytime i addressed him he looked and acted as if he was confused and again i had exact paint codes. One of the two Caucasian customers even told him while they where talking, "you can help this gentleman he's been waiting before I walked in, " bt "mark" continued to talk with this man with out even checking me out but having all my supplies that i was purchasing on the counter. The caucasion customer left his number for "mark" to call then left, and that is when I was able to check out and leave. Before i left i asked if they had a customer service number , and again he looked confused so I then told him I would google it."
