"In general, my experiences with Priority Toyota have been satisfactory, however I’m sorely disappointed with my last experience with the service advisor. In short, he stated that my vehicle’s issue wasn’t covered under warranty, even after I insisted he check and verify that information. When the work was completed, and he presented the bill for $200, I asked for the warranty contact information regarding my coverage. He then stated he had submitted a warranty claim and that it was in fact covered. His inattention to detail and refusal to address my original concerns and request is an action that should be corrected when dealing in customer service."
