"I was looking for a nice birthday card for our Aunt & searched several stores in the area including "specialty card shops" and no one had the outstanding supply & choice of cards that Fairfield center Rite Aid had. Additionally, the staff was so friendly and helpful. This will always be my place to go for now on! Thank you!"

"This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. The technicians are so kind and friendly. They recognize their customers and do everything they can to help. I fill regular prescriptions there and when I’ve had to bring in a paper script for an antibiotic, they were super quick."

"Nice people. But the pharmacy/store never answers the phone. Horrible customer service. I am usually not the one to leave a negative review but this occurs frequently & it’s Absolutely ridiculous! Apparently management needs to implement a new process because what y’all have going on in the pharmacy is obviously not working. Or maybe they are just lazy and don’t want to answer the phone."

"I have used the pharmacy for 15 years at this location and loved them. This past 8 months or so it takes days to get a prescription filled. I am in pain and spoke to pharmacy this morning. They asked me not to come in until they notify me. It is 5:50 pm, day 2. Nothing yet. Go to another pharmacy if you need speedy service. You will not get it at this location until they change the staff."
