Reviews
"Because the other CVS closed at 7pm, they were able to transfer and fill my son’s antibiotic prescription so he would not have to wait another day. I am very grateful."
"Pharmacy staff are uncommunicative and unhelpful. Pharmacies like this are the reason people have trouble staying on their meds. If you can make the trip to Suffolk, it’s worth the inconvenience to use a better pharmacy."
"Some teams members are completely unwilling to assist with issues. Meds not in stock and CVS is unable to provide."
"CVS in Windsor is much better than the one in Suffolk on Godwin. There is sometimes issues with the automated phone device, but when I do get through to speak to someone, they are always pretty helpful and prompt!!! As a pregnant parent of a toddler with an impending induction in the next few days, I appreciate the prompt and considerate help that this CVS provides. During busy times, they have a long line, but it is understandable considering the way the Godwin Blvd CVS operates- or rather, doesn't operate. The staff is very friendly and capable."
"This rating is for the pharmacy only. Whoever I spoke with on the phone regarding my prescription was very impersonal and disinterested in my dilemma which was; I was out of my medication (because of a snafu between my doctor and ExpressScripts) that I needed today, having it filled outside of ExpressScripts requires that CVS call in to them for an override code to get an "emergency fill" covered by my insurance company. She did say they were busy and would get to it when they could but even though I said more than once that I was completely out of my medication that I needed today, her overall attitude was indifferent and made no commitment to help me get my prescription filled today. I still haven't gotten my medication. At what point are we at where it's ok to treat customers and people in general like this who are coming to you for help? I suggest people go elsewhere to get their prescriptions filled."
