"I ordered over 100 copies of my digital art prints in size 5x7, with specific instructions to keep the size that they were when I submitted them. I was on an extremely close deadline, so there was no margin for error. I called the store and explained this to Sharon, the person who runs this section of the store. When I went to pick up my order they were all sized incorrectly, but I did not realize until I got home that the error was so egregious that I could no longer fit the prints in the frames I purchased, effectively ruining my event."
